Getting error 403 when trying to clone MaxPhisher repo??

I'm trying to set up MaxPhisher in Ubuntu but I'm getting this error:

Could someone guide me in the write direction possibly I'm missing something. I'm new and inexperienced so it could be something painfully obvious to some. Any help is much appreciated.

Try to do git config --global user.name "Your_Github_Account_Name" and git config --global user.email "Your_Github_Email"
After this do git clone.
If it does not work with HTTP, generate a pair of keys with ssh-keygen, fill the information, put the id_rsa.pub that is located at /home/user_name/.ssh on your GitHub account SSH keys and try to clone it using SSH with the SSH option when trying to clone it.

Before everything, what is the repo you are trying to access? The repo on your command does not exist. You must go on the repo front page and select clone, copy the URL and do git clone URL

Thank you for your reply, you were write with your latest post, the repo was wrong. It wasn't updated in the instructions I was following to match the URL which I proceeded to copy and it worked then thanks. Appreciate your reply.
