Why can't I receive the payout?

I have been on GitHub Sponsors for over a year now but haven't received the funds yet. The expected payout date on the GitHub Sponsors dashboard keeps getting pushed back every time I check it. Stripe shows the transactions as settled but no money was ever sent to my bank.

How do I resolve this and receive my payments? I can't find any indication that there's anything wrong.

Also, Stripe tells users to contact support@github.com but emails sent there bounce due "organizational settings".

You can contact GitHub support by opening a ticket on our Support page. Once they review your ticket / account, they will follow up through your ticket on next steps.
