Page randomly jumps when scrolling on phone while logged in

I'm facing an issue with browsing code on my phone. For code with lot of lines (>100), it scrolls automatically after a certain point. It doesn't do this when I'm logged out. I have checked the settings and have the exact options (code folding, wrap lines etc.) enabled while logged in and logged out. Yet, I face this issue only when logged in. It only started occuring recently, about two weeks ago.

It doesn't occur with other browser, but the one I'm currently using. It's Kiwi Browser on Android.

I have developer tools on this browser, so I can help debug if you can tell me what to look for.

Also, thanks for flagging! The bot response for feedback also applies to bug reports; its new and we are always working to make it better. I hid it because I agree, it kind of detracts from the experience in the case of this discussion. Again, it did flag the bug for further investigation.

@LiteBrite82 It occurs when logged out logged into GitHub. I can open the same page by logging out or in incognito and it doesn't have the issue.

Blocking off the https://github.githubassets.com/assets/react-code-view-* script from loading fixes the jumping issue. But, of course, breaks other things.

The issue is with the content-visibility property. Removing it fixes the problem.

For now, I have this workaround that I am using with uBlock filters:
