Dear GitHub Support,

I am experiencing a specific display issue when viewing Jupyter Notebook files on GitHub. The problem occurs under the following conditions:

1. The issue only happens when the zoom level is set to 125%.
2. At this zoom level, the content of the Jupyter Notebook flickers or shimmers.
3. The problem persists across different browsers.
4. The issue does not occur at other zoom levels (e.g., 100%, 150%).
5. My system specifications are adequate (GPU: GTX 980), so it's unlikely to be a performance issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Jupyter Notebook file on GitHub.
2. Set the browser zoom to 125%.
3. Observe the flickering or shimmering of the notebook content.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Using different browsers
• Clearing browser cache and cookies
• Checking on different devices

The problem seems to be specific to GitHub's rendering of Jupyter Notebooks at 125% zoom. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this issue and provide a solution or workaround.
