Feature Request: Option to Hide Starred Repositories

Summary:
I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to hide their starred repositories from public view. This would provide users with more privacy and control over their GitHub profiles.

Detailed Description:
Currently, all starred repositories are visible to anyone who views a user's profile. While starring repositories is a great way to bookmark projects of interest and show appreciation to the maintainers, there are times when users might prefer to keep this information private.

By implementing an option to hide starred repositories, GitHub can offer its users enhanced privacy. This feature could be added to the profile settings, where users can toggle the visibility of their starred repositories. When enabled, this setting would ensure that only the user can see their starred repositories, while they remain hidden from everyone else.

Benefits:
