I updated my VS Code to version 1.93.0 and the GitHub Copilot Chat extension (v0.17.1) stopped working with the message "Extension is using an API proposal 'ImTools' that is not compatible with the current version of VS Code." as shown below:

Is this something that you are aware of?

Hi @BelRarr ,

Try switching to the pre-release version of GitHub Copilot Chat. As stated in this comment, you must use the pre-release version of Copilot chat with insiders.

worked indeed. Thanks @davevad93 ! I actually had to uninstall and reinstall the extension using the pre-release version as there is no way to "update" from a stable version to a pre-release version.
