Maybe they are confusing, I can enter github, my problem is with netlify in
this case after entering the password it does not allow me to enter because
it asks me for an authenticator in 2 steps... it is worth mentioning that I
am trying to enter with the email and password but it won't let me, also
trying to link the github, but at the time of entering these codes they do
not correspond to netlify. Please I need your help I can't log in to
netlify..

Verify whether you’re using an authenticator app or sms message for 2
factor authentication. If you’re using an authenticator app, double-check
that the time on your phone matches the time on your computer to ensure the
codes are valid. Sometimes your sms should take much time to reach out to
your phone. Then time period maybe does not match with each.

I need help accessing my user. Well, I'm trying to enter netlify, I use my github account and I can't access it, it asks me for access in 2 steps but it doesn't match.
