Thanks but not working..
I have Fsb profile, 14years,and my mail, username i have that pasword, a see all notification. But i cant Log In, because mail for verification code is Gmail, and i cant remember pasword, i los phone number.. Thats posibile for fix? Thanks people

Fsb is Facebook?

1. Open a browser and go to Facebook Account Recovery. Enter your Facebook username, phone number, or alternate email address linked to the account. Click "Search" to locate your account. 2. When prompted to receive a recovery code, click "No longer have access to these?" to explore alternative recovery options. 3. Facebook will ask for verification details like an old password, your full name, names of friends, or groups you’ve joined. If none work, Facebook might request a government ID. Prepare an ID like a passport or driver’s license and follow the instructions to upload it. 4. Wait for Facebook to review your case, which can take a few hours to a few days. If approved, Facebook will send a recovery link to a new email or phone number you provide. 5. After regaining access, go to "Settings & Privacy > Settings > Contact Information" to add a new email or phone number. Verify it and remove the old Gmail address from your account.
