Getting 400 error code when trying to publish a npm package

I cannot publish a npm package to github registry for some reason. This repo doesn't have any published packages yet, so I try to publish the first version of it. I am the owner of the organization and the repo as well.

Can somebody help?

Try checking the version of Nodejs, latest LTS release recommended
