When I try to create a new GitHub account with a new email address, I get the following error and cannot create the account.

Unable to verify your captcha response. Please visit https://docs.github.com/articles/troubleshooting-connectivity-problems/#troubleshooting-the-captcha for troubleshooting information.  

I have checked the Troubleshooting page and am also able to access the test URL in the environment I am using.

I have tried it in several environments, In Private Browse / Microsoft Edge / Safari / Firefox / Chrome / PC or Smartphone, and the error is identical in all environments.
Is there anything else we can do to support the creation of a new account?

I am also facing exact same issue while I try to reset my GitHub password and also while I try to create a ticket to GitHub support. Basically, where ever captcha is required on GitHub.com, all those features are blocked.

Can anyone please help on this what to do? Or it has to be fixed by GitHub?

I just tried again to create a new account and captha was working correctly and allowed me to create an account.

Is it possible to do other operations?

One could have a Microsoft account for logging into all Microsoft software and into any other software.

I also faced this same issue when trying to create an account on NPM, when I changed my browser from google chrome to Microsoft edge, the error stopped showing and then my account was created

Hi folks! Thank you for flagging this bug, it appears to only be affecting some users. We're investigating the captcha service for this issue — the experience detailed above is definitely not as-intended.

Captcha is also not working for 2FA enrolment. I checked the Javascript console; it’s literally a security error.
