GitHub Team will let you know the problem & Solution for it by following that you can Recover Your Account

i.e, GitHub Team might take 3-4 weeks to response to that Ticket

I have been enabled 2FA but I just notice that I also marked as a spam and further check, my github student application was denied due to not sharing location information. But the reason that github marked as a spam might be I switched to Arch Linux from Windows recently?? Anyhow, I don't think none of reason given to me seems incorrect. If you can login to your account, and the github account marked as spam because it hacked, then you can contact with github support team, and return it.
if you cant login to your account, try to return it by your email, and delete github codes.
if you also cant login to your email, or you cant return github account by email, then your in bad situation, and probably you cant return it.

I can push my code or pull so there seems to be no problem there. I also enabled 2FA (not with SMS because Turkey is not supported )but since I am a free user I can not create a ticket.
