.gif animation from README.md overlaps sticky header

To reproduce:

• open https://github.com/microsoft/Web-Dev-For-Beginners/blob/main/4-typing-game/typing-game/README.md
• scroll the page down (I tested it with 1024px height monitor, with bigger screen you might not see the problem)
• see how gif inside "Test your application" section moves on top of sticky header (while the rest content moves behind the header)

The problem is seen in Firefox and Chrome.

There is something wrong with canvas.AnimatedImagePlayer-stillImage and span.AnimatedImagePlayer-controls z-index values. Just disabling this rule for both elements fixes the problem for me.
