Apply Credit to Budget

I am curious if there is a way to apply a credit to a budget. For instance lets say I set a Hobby budget of $200. And I sell something related to the hobby for $50 cash and I purchase something for $250. Can I apply that to the Hobby budget for the month so that I can technically have $250?

My use case is that I am a serial hobbyist, and I am trying to manage my spending in that category a little better. I would like to either sell products that I make with the hobby and have that money apply to the hobby budget or sell other hobby tools etc to fund current hobbies.
