Stm32F401CCU6(Black pill): Unable to use I2c scanner

I am working on STM32F401CCU6(Black pill) and using the i2c scanner example code for testing here is the code

but when it is uploading successfully if I disable the USB Support from Arduino Tools > USB Support, but if I enable this, it shows the error

and if I disable the USB Support port, then COM port does not show.

If you disable the USB CDC support that is normal you don't get the COM port.
About the error, I've tested to build and have no issue. My guess is the toolchain was not properly installed or corrupted. Try to uninstall then reinstall.
