Windows build config for Microsoft Store distribution

I managed to setup the code signing for the build for our app for Microsoft Store but got rejection regarding silent install.

10.2.9.2 Security - Package Submissions | Win32 products must install silently. For more details see the Installer parameters section at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/msiexe/provide-package-details

I have a separate config file for this distribution with the offlineInstaller:

I've read this section of the Windows Installer docs and don't see silent install part. Where should I configure the /passive, /quiet, or /silent params? Is there anything else that I need to do? I'm using macOS and couldn't test the build properly and instead relying on our CI system.

It seems like /S is needed for the .exe silent install but no mention of it in the docs, or I haven't found it.
