Added: Text to Speech model.

TTS is an AI model that converts text to natural sounding spoken text. We offer two different model variates, tts-1 is optimized for real time text to speech use cases and tts-1-hd is optimized for quality. These models can be used with the Speech endpoint in the Audio API.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the PR you submitted. It means a lot to me.

However, I encountered an issue when I tested your yakupseymen:main branch. After running the tests, I received an error message: "You must provide the 'OpenAI-Beta' header to access the Assistants API. Please try again by setting the header 'OpenAI-Beta: assistants=v1'."

Can you please let me know how I can fix this issue?
