Preflight checklist

Describe the bug

I was trying to see how to build Hydra from source. I could not find it.

Reproducing the bug

In README, there is paragraph:

Head over to the ORY Developer Documentation to learn how to install ORY Hydra on Linux, macOS, Windows, and Docker and how to build ORY Hydra from source.

But link points to how to run Hydra using Docker. Not how to build it from source.
