## Ory Support

At Ory, we highly value the continued support, contribution, and utilization of our open-source projects such as Ory Hydra, Ory
Kratos, Ory Keto, Ory Oathkeeper, and others. As the community expands, it is necessary to clarify what support companies hosting
Ory software in production can expect. The Ory Community Slack focuses on queries from non-commercial users and offers general
discussions on Ory software utilization, development, and contributions. Please note that Ory engineers will not address inquiries
related to production-level usage, debugging, and deployment from commercial users in the open community channels. We kindly
request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this support policy. Commercial users operating Ory software in
production environments need to subscribe to a paid Ory support service to receive support from Ory engineers. Public community
support is not available to for-profit organizations running Ory services in production. This policy is not negotiable and allows
Ory to sustain the project's development, provide prompt assistance, and uphold excellent service quality. For-profit
organizations running Ory software in production seeking support need to contact the Ory team. The Ory team will discuss the
various options and assist you through the subscription process.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to focus on providing targeted and effective support as
well as sustainable development as an integral part of our commitment to creating long-term value for Ory users.

We are grateful for your understanding and collaboration as we work together to foster a sustainable and productive open source
development ecosystem.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive the most comprehensive assistance in these critical areas.
