add ibc-go to chihuahua.
-- to resolve the chihuahua api console error (note, confirmed, adding 'ibc-go' feature made the api call use v1 instead of v1beta1, which resolves that console error)
change secret network api and add features
-- pools have secret wasm tokens (846 has shd, 845 has alter), and causing the api to query for the token. The currently defined api does not have the wasm resource.
-- changes the 404 to a 501. Will add the tokens in another PR
add secret tokens ALTER, SHD, SIENNA, BUTT, stk-SCRT
