Lots of markdown edits to improve web display (via slightly less readable .md), plus:
(1) added a 'part-time' option for 'worker_status' in 'person.txt'
(2) changed description of 'person_id in 'person.txt' to refer to 'trip_list.txt' instead of non-existent 'trip_id'
