This is a metroidvania engine made in Game Maker Studio 2.3. It currently uses Castlevania sprites and tilesets from various titles.
DISCLAIMER: I have not worked on this project for a long time and it is nowhere near completion. I don't know when I will get the time to get back at it, if ever.
This engine should be/have:
- Easy to use,
- Expandable,
- Tile based movement and collisions with slopes,
- Finite state machines,
- Animation system,
- Animations,
- Input system,
- Console for logs and commands,
- A sample project,
- Maybe more, we'll see...
