Add built-in Outerbase Studio inside the StarbaseDB.

Add studio user and pass in wrangler.toml

STUDIO_USER = "admin"
STUDIO_PASS = "123456"

Then user can access their studio from

https://user-starbase.workers.dev/studio

This is great. Thanks for putting this together so we can provide a UI directly on top of each deployed database out of the box.
