Update the Vite version references from v5.4.10 to v6.1.0 in build output examples to reflect current SvelteKit setup.

What does this PR do?
Updates the documentation to show current Vite version (v6.1.0) in build output examples, replacing outdated v5.4.10 references. This keeps the documentation in sync with current SvelteKit setup.

Manually verified the current build output with latest SvelteKit and Vite versions.
