Now that sourcegraph/syntaxhighlight#15 has been fixed, a lot of unneeded dependencies can now be removed.

Now that sourcegraph/syntaxhighlight#15 has been fixed, a lot of unneeded dependencies can now be removed.
This PR removes 35,924 lines (adds 11). Functionality remains unchanged.
