Quitting or installing ownCloud client, kills VNC server and sessions

On my Windows 7, 64bit PC, everytime a new pwnCloud update gets installed or if I Quit ownCloud,
it causes all my VNC viewers to crash. if the update happens at boot time, it also crashes my VNC server. It also causes my wunderground weather gadget to disconnect, telling me there is no internet connection (but there is) and it won't start working again until I reboot my computer. Is there a fix for this problem??

I suspect maybe a newer Qt version could fix those kind of issues.. #3449

Did you try something new here? Maybe newer VNC server/client?

@jdwirtz http://download.owncloud.com/desktop/daily/ownCloud-2.3.0.6652-nightly20170118-setup.exe Can you try this pre-release of the 2.3 client? it uses a new version of our graphics library.
