In particular the log file that was active when the client was using when it was quit or crashed is never compressed.

  1. Start client with --logdir mypath
  2. Restart the client. Then quit it.
  3. There should be only one uncompressed logfile in mypath - the most recent one.

Works as expected on macOS 10.14.6, client 2.6.0beta1 (build 12241)
