README.md installation instructions link is a 404 #35035

README.md Installation instructions link currently point to:
https://doc.owncloud.org/server/10.1/developer_manual/app/index.html
and that gives a 404.

Anyway, a link into the developer manual does not seem to be the correct thing.
d962f18#diff-04c6e90faac2675aa89e2176d2eec7d8 way back in 2014 changed the link from being to a app/gettingstarted.html that was in the developer manual to being to the developer manual in general. app/gettingstarted.html looks like it was about how to get started writing an app - not installation instructions.

This needs to point to somewhere that is not a 404 and is about installation.
