oc-2021 - When sharing folder, create permission only becomes available after sharing and reloading page

Am able to confirm with v4.5.4. You don't have to share to get the 'create' option, just reloading the page once after creating the directory makes the option appear. Independent of database.

Description:
When I share a folder, and expand the share options, there is 'update', 'delete' and 'share'. When I share the folder and reload the page, another option becomes available: 'create'. Shouldn't this option be available from the start?

Version: Owncoud 4.5.0, Mys QL. New installation.

Reproduction steps:

create folder
Share it
expand share options -> no 'create'.
reload page
check share options again: 'create' is there.

I can't reproduce with 4.5.1, could you try again with the latest version?

I just confirmed it with version 4.5.1.

However, I noticed before, when I still had 4.5.0, that sometimes the create permission checkbox is visible right away. I haven't been able to discern what the difference in steps are that makes it work or not.

I just implemented the fix on my 4.5.6 (need little adjustement) and confirms it solves the problem. Thanks!
