On top of #34042

composer update
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Package operations: 0 installs, 6 updates, 0 removals
  - Updating pear/archive_tar (1.4.3 => 1.4.5): Loading from cache
  - Updating zendframework/zend-servicemanager (3.3.2 => 3.4.0): Loading from cache
  - Updating zendframework/zend-inputfilter (2.9.0 => 2.9.1): Loading from cache
  - Updating react/promise (v2.7.0 => v2.7.1): Loading from cache
  - Updating paragonie/random_compat (v2.0.17 => v2.0.18): Loading from cache
