[tests-only] Allow tests skipped by 40210 on ocis

Description

This PR allows the TUS-related tests skipped by PR #40210. Previously these tests were skipped because of this issue owncloud/ocis#4153 which was making CI fail a lot. BUt since the issue is fixed these tests should work fine.
