True. And thanks for looking up suitable icons, the biggest reason for not having icons has been, that I haven't figured out what kind of icon would be a good fit for each view.
There are now icons in the navigation pane on the links "Albums", "Folders",
"Genres", "All tracks", and "New Playlist". The playlist items donät have
icons at least for now.
The icon for "New Playlist" is a standard icon provided by the
ownCloud/Nextcloud core. The icon for "Folders" has been borrowed from the
Files app. The remaining three icons have been taken from the Material design
icon pack
