Describe the bug

When a user now tries to create a Space, but doesn't have the right privileges to do this, then you get a error Creating space failed….

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as a normal user
  2. Try to create a space

Expected behavior

Button should be not visible.

Actual behavior

Error shows up with Creating space failed…

Setup

 ownCloud Web UI 5.7.0-rc.1 
Infinite Scale 2.0.0-beta.4+4e07daef5 Community

Has been fixed via owncloud/web#7197 and should be resolved in the next beta release (which includes a web bump)
