chore: accumulate changelog items for the embed mode

Accumulates all embed mode changelog items into one single item. The embed mode is something completely new in the upcoming release, so from an end-user perspective it makes sense to have one single changelog item explaining what it is and does.

+We've introduced a so called "Embed Mode" that allows Web to be consumed by another application in a stripped down version. This mode is supposed to be used in the context of selecting or sharing resources.
