Search button is not clickable in Mobile Phone

Steps to reproduce

Use your mobile phone and :-

1. Type anything in search input. And then click on search button
   

Here search button is not clickable.

Also, as you can see the cross x in search input overlaps with the input search query

Expected behaviour

Clicking on the search button should list the items that match the search input

Actual behaviour

Clicking on the search button does nothing
