Even though we have now sidebar permanently visible in most views, in some it doesn't make that much sense. E.g. public links view where is no navigation in the sidebar or text editors where sidebar would be more of an obstacle really.
I'd say in those cases we could move the logo to topbar. But I wouldn't move there the brand colour.

On public links page: it could still be displayed and contain some short text with one actionable item. (could be some marketing c2a, short description, etc.)
In file editors/viewers:
Have it closed as a default and have a button to expand it (as e.g. in responsive view)
