Description
Adds the new secure view role to our space roles.
With the new permission and role concept it doesn't feel too great to have these roles "hard-coded" in a space... Especially since the addition of the new role broke Web (see owncloud/ocis#9128 (comment)). But that's something for #10770 I guess.
