Add "s" to create page path helpers to match the routes

snapshotNew goes to .../snapshots-new, might as well call the method snapshotsNew

I'm in favor of just leaving it as is. There's projectEdit which maps to projectNew. The s on the path is just a design decision to ensure the route before the -new postfix just follows the same rules as everything else. All the other routes are plural, but these path names match closer(ish) to the method names exposed from nexus.
