Visually distinguish silo and project access pages #2777
Description
Which of these is project access and which of these is silo? I.e., what is the scope of the page I'm currently on? The only indications on the project page are in the breadcrumbs and in the mock-project nav group heading in the sidebar. I think these are too subtle, and on the silo access page it should really say "silo" somewhere.
