Progenitor 0.10 was the first version to send the api-version header, which is required for versioned APIs. Update omicron-common, which updates the mg-admin-client that is depended on by it, which removes the progenitor 0.9 dependency.
(Should we use
[patch]to replace omicron-common's mg-admin-client with our own?)
