Apply optimal drive settings for new drives

New drives have been / are being qualified for next orders.

These should be added to the firmware updater see:

It was also suggested we might want to check if there are any settings we want to change to optimize new drives.

The thing that needs to happen here is that we need to ensure that we're using a 4K namespace. This should honestly be the default regardless of the disk.
