It's the table of contents that is affected – and that doesn't seem to be working quite right. I can look into it. The hook might need to be lifted further up, currently I think it's just scoped to the document (not including the table of contents). |

Pushed a fix. I don't think changing that fragment to a div will cause issues – but if something gets borked that might be to blame. |

I think it works? It's hard to find links in the body text that I'm confident would be affected by
useDelegatedReactRouterLinks.
