We must insert casts explicitly when converting p4-14 programs, so lots of P4-14 programs reference programs change. Some of the inserted casts are redundant, but they will be removed by later optimization passes.
The testing script had not been updated, so this change also includes a fix to the script and modified reference output files which were no longer recomputed.
