in this PR, I've made some changes to make the Gradle plugin compatible with Gradle Configuration Cache in the Gradle plugin.
The
PactCanIDeployTaskandPactPublishTasktask are now fully compatible, instead thePactVerificationTaskis not because of theexecuteStateChangeTaskfunctionality. Maybe with a big refactor could be made compatible or in the future, Gradle will make some updates and it will become compatible
