Prerequisites

• Clone/Download this repo to your local machine.

• Bot Framework Emulator

• Node.js version 10.14.1 or higher OR

• .NET Core SDK

• Azure Account

• Student? 🎓 Sign up for an Azure Student account!

Testing the bot locally using Bot Framework Emulator

The Bot Framework Emulator is a desktop application that allows bot developers to test and debug their bots on localhost or running remotely through a tunnel.

• Install the Bot Framework Emulator version 4.3.0 or greater from here
• Launch Bot Framework Emulator
• File -> Open Bot
• Enter Bot URL of http://localhost:3978/api/messages
