Material design guidelines do not show a single component for this but rather split it in two.
So, MaterialFX will likely not have it too.
A typical solution is something like this:
Edit: I haven't mentioned this anywhere and I still have to decide, check feasibility and such. Probably in the future MaterialFX will have a new module called "extra" that will contain components not included/very different from Material 3 specs. So, maybe the DateTimePicker will be there. Anyway it's definitely not in the near future, the work to do is just too much
