Run tests on Python 3.13. Python 3.7 requires an old version of trio, but 3.13 fails with that version. Add a new pin file for tests on 3.7. Update the update requirements tox env to be run with
tox r -m update.tests/test_loader.py::test_package_zip_listfails on 3.13 as there is no longer aloader._filesattribute. I know I refactored this a while ago, I can't remember why I didn't useimportlib.resources. I don't have time to refactor to useimportlib.resourcesright now, so marking this test xfail for now.
