[BREAKING] Dropped support for Ubuntu 16.

Breaking Changes:

• Drops support for 32bit Ubuntu. Only 64bit binaries are included.

Notes

• I noticed a binary built for Ubuntu 18 is now available - in 0.12.4 the Ubuntu 16 binary worked okay for me under Heroku's Ubuntu 18 environment. I will need some time to test this one before deciding if it should be included.
• I tested the macOS binary in my local environment (macOS 10.13.4) and noticed some significant differences - for example it now creates a 400 page pdf for my 54 page tester HTML. Those could be bugs in 0.12.5 - again more testing is needed.
