Missing settings in forked repository

While setting up GitHub Actions in one of my PRs, #3, I noticed that many settings tabs are missing from this repository, at least from my view. This might explain why the workflow added in #3 does not seem to be active at this time.

Could this be because this was forked from https://github.com/ax3l/pydantic-mad instead of being created from scratch?

It's possible that workflows from repository forks must be enabled in the original repository, https://github.com/ax3l/pydantic-mad in this case, through the Actions settings (as in the example in the screenshot, taken from another repository where I have access to those settings):

The workflow file needs to be merged in the main branch first, so we can close this issue. Whether or not the lack of most settings in this repository (see screenshots above) is going to be problematic will become clearer in the future.
