s = pd.Series(['a', 'b', 'c'], dtype='category')
pdt.is_string_dtype(s)
>>> True

Problem description

The current implementation of is_string_dtype incorrectly evaluates to True for categorical series.

Expected Output

s = pd.Series(['a', 'b', 'c'], dtype='category')
pdt.is_string_dtype(s)
>>> False
