I got some very good advice today on the Jupyter Forum on how to get around some pretty bad scrolling glitches in the newest image versions. Its as easy as changing a setting:
If you go to Settings → Settings Editor → Notebook → Windowing mode → none, does it stop? Can you share a notebook in which this is happening and the browser name and version?
My question is can we change default settings for JupyterLab in this image? If that is the case I propose to make this change as suggested above.
